MFU State Youth Advisory Board Announced

GREAT FALLS, MT (July 26, 2006) – The Montana Farmers Union Senior Youth Advisory Board (SYAB) was elected this summer by youth who attended MFU’s senior camp held at the MFU Arrowpeak facility in the Highwood Mountains.

Those elected to the board include:

Andrew Bishop, Brady, the son of Tedi and Todd Bishop.

Larissa Donahue, Great Falls, the daughter of Janet and Will Donahue.

John Kelly, Chester, the son of Charlotte and Ed Kelly.

Nikki Seltman, Highwood, the daughter of Cynthia and David Demontigny.

Zach Styren, Conrad, the son of Karla and Del Styren.

To serve on the board, youth must have attended MFU camps, be a senior camper, and they or their parents must be MFU members.  The youth advisory board works with the MFU Education Director to plan summer camps and other youth activities, and they also assist with day camp activities and page during the MFU annual convention.
